So, what’s the problem?

Let’s start at the beginning. The high-quality products from our partners each offer their own dashboards and monitoring capabilities. These can send automated emails or display alerts on dashboards when issues occur. However, each dashboard must be opened separately, and emails must be read one by one to detect issues. Additionally, if the mail service itself fails, problem detection becomes even more difficult and delayed.

Our solution for you!

Our Operations Team supports various customers running different systems. Depending on the scope, this managed service includes daily system checks, detecting and resolving issues, and replacing faulty hardware. To keep up with the growing number of customers, systems, and requirements, we evaluated and implemented a monitoring solution that allows us to monitor all systems we manage.

This monitoring enables us to securely and efficiently integrate customer systems. A small VM collects the relevant data from your systems and sends it to a central monitoring environment hosted by us. Depending on the system, data is collected directly from the VM on your hypervisor platform via REST API, SNMP, or GraphQL. The connection between your on-site VM and our central server is always encrypted, so no system data is transmitted in plain text. With this solution in place, our Operations Team keeps a constant eye on all your systems and components.

How you benefit.

The architecture of our monitoring system enables our team to oversee various customer environments with customized dashboards, keeping them error-free. This improves security and optimizes overall operational costs. You and your team get access to the dashboard, giving you full visibility! Plus, you can invest your time into delivering new and/or improved services for your company.

Implementation of the monitoring system is included in our Managed Service contract and requires only minimal resources from your hypervisor platform. But even without a Managed Service contract, we’re happy to help you monitor your systems.
