Your Mission with Us

Technical Expertise Meets Real Impact

As an Enterprise Cloud Engineer, you'll shape the next generation of cloud infrastructures together with our engineering team. You'll work with leading technologies from our strategic partners Nutanix, Rubrik, Red Hat and Cloudian to transition our clients' traditional IT into the Web Scale era.

Architecture & Design: Designing modern hyperconverged infrastructures (HCI) with software-defined compute, storage, and networking – from highly automated private clouds to agile hybrid clouds.
Project Leadership: Technical leadership of enterprise cloud projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from analysis through design and implementation to operational management
Customer Collaboration: Close coordination with customers to develop tailored solutions that optimally meet their business requirements
Vendor Cooperation: Direct exchange with our technology partners such as Nutanix, Rubrik, Cloudian, and Red Hat to further develop our solution portfolio
Innovation & Strategy: Co-shaping our enterprise cloud portfolio through evaluation of new technologies
Pre-Sales Support:Technical support in the sales process as a competent sparring partner for customers and the sales team

Your Profile

What You Bring

Education & Experience:

Completed higher professional education in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in the design and operation of private cloud infrastructures
Solid knowledge in System Engineering (compute, storage, virtualization, networking)

Technical Skills:

Expertise in hyperconverged infrastructures (HCI) – with Nutanix, VMware vSAN, or comparable platforms are a plus
Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi, AHV, KVM, or Hyper-V)
Understanding of software-defined infrastructure – storage, networking, and compute
Experience with backup & data protection (e.g., Rubrik, HYCU, Veeam)
Knowledge of automation & infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
Interest in modern architectures: Container platforms (Kubernetes) and cloud native approaches

Personality & Work Style:

Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Structured, independent work style with high personal responsibility
Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous professional development
Enjoyment of working with customers, colleagues, and technology partners
